After years of dreaming (and a lot of behind-the-scenes planning), I’m so excited to finally welcome you into my brand-new studio space in Sioux Falls! I have recently moved into my very own studio space. This move marks such a special chapter—not only for my business, but for the families I’m so lucky to photograph.
There’s something incredibly special about inviting families into my studio—it’s more than just a space with pretty light and cozy vibes. It’s a quiet (unless a train is going by, which the kids love btw!), welcoming place designed to make you feel at ease while I capture sweet, meaningful moments of your baby and family.
This new studio was thoughtfully created to be a space where you can relax, feel taken care of, and watch your most meaningful moments turn into forever memories. Whether you’re walking in the door with a baby bump, your new baby, or a busy one-year-old, this space is for you.
A Calm, Baby-Led Environment
My sessions are slow-paced and completely baby-led—there’s no rush, no pressure. I have everything we need on hand: white noise, soft swaddles, pacifiers (just in case), and soothing tools that help keep baby happy and sleepy.
There’s a comfy sitting area for you to relax, feed baby, or just enjoy the moment while I work my magic. You don’t need to bring a thing unless you want to—I’ve got you covered!
Milestones, Mamas, & All the Magic In Between
While newborns are the heart of my work, I also adore capturing maternity sessions and all the milestones that follow—those gummy smiles, first steps, chubby rolls, and cake-smash-worthy birthdays.
This new studio gives us the space and flexibility to photograph every chapter beautifully, all in one place. Whether you’re documenting the glow of pregnancy or the wild joy of your little one turning one, I’ll help you celebrate it all with timeless, heartfelt images.
Thoughtfully Curated Props & Styling
I’ve handpicked a collection of timeless wraps, headbands, bonnets, and textured layers that photograph beautifully. My client closet for babies is fully stocked with tons of options for boys and girls through 12mo sizing, with some 18-24mo outfits as well. I have shelves full of professional photography props and several backdrops colors. Everything in the studio has been carefully chosen to represent my style and coordinate to create simple, picture perfect sets that let your baby shine.
Every session is styled with your preferences in mind, and I love working with you ahead of time to plan the look and feel that fits your family best.
A Comfortable Experience for the Whole Family
Bringing a toddler? No problem. Want to bring grandma along? Let’s do it. Need a moment to feed baby or fix your hair? Totally normal—and totally welcomed here. I love creating family and sibling portraits that are playful and natural. There are snacks, toys, and space to take breaks if needed—because I know little ones don’t always want to follow a plan.
This space is more than just a pretty backdrop—it’s warm, clean, and calm, with everything we need to make your session stress-free. I want you to walk in and feel instantly taken care of.
